1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MailBox Unjunker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MailBox Unjunker is an AI-powered Gmail inbox organization service that:

• Automatically identifies and organizes junk emails in your Gmail inbox
• Applies labels, marks emails as read, and/or skips inbox based on your preferences
• Uses artificial intelligence to analyze and categorize emails
• Requires Gmail API access through Google OAuth

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Grant necessary permissions for Gmail API access
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

4. Gmail API Access

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Gmail account
• Grant MailBox Unjunker permission to access your Gmail account via Google OAuth
• Understand that we will access your emails solely for the purpose of organizing your inbox
• Maintain control over your Gmail account and can revoke access at any time

You can revoke Gmail API access at any time through your Google account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will prevent the Service from functioning.

MailBox Unjunker's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability

6. AI and Service Accuracy

MailBox Unjunker uses artificial intelligence to identify and organize emails. You understand and agree that:

• AI classification may not be 100% accurate
• Some emails may be incorrectly identified as junk or non-junk
• You are responsible for reviewing the Service's actions and adjusting settings as needed
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from AI classification errors
• You can customize the AI behavior through custom prompts, but accuracy is not guaranteed

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MailBox Unjunker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100)
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, emails, or other information

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MailBox Unjunker, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content or data you provide through the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MailBox Unjunker and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will:

• Notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Any other reason we deem necessary

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MailBox Unjunker regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
